Refunds

Refunds will be processed only in cases where the product received is damaged.

To request a refund, customers must email us at riseandgrindd04@gmail.com with their order number and clear pictures of the damaged product(s).

Once the details are verified, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Please note that refunds will not be provided under any other circumstances.

Exchanges
We do offer exchanges in specific cases, such as:

When there are size issues, allowing customers to exchange for the same product in a different size (subject to stock availability).

When the wrong product has been delivered, meaning the item received does not match the order placed.

All items requested for exchange must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Exchange requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery. Customers may be required to bear the shipping chargesfor sending the product back, unless the error is on our side.
